TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using, ordering and paying via www.ohsweetbox.com (www.ohsweetbox.co.uk) you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as stated on the website.
The conditions set out here constitute our terms of sale. Please contact us for clarity on any matter which is not clear or you do not understand, and note that nothing contained here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
 
SHIPPING
Due to the nature of all our products, they will be delivered by Oh! Sweet Box couriers.
We do not use any other delivery service.
Due to the nature of our products, international delivery is not available.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Our delivery time is 12pm – 8pm Monday – Sunday.
Our couriers do not call prior to delivery.
If the recipient is not at the delivery address, our courier will leave the box with the nearest available neighbour or will call the recipient asking for a safe place to leave the box.
For residential addresses, if a courier deems a delivery location unsafe, the order will be returned to our office and redelivery fees will apply (£5.99)
For business, school and hospital addresses, Oh! Sweet Box accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception.
 
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded less a £20 administrative fee, ONLY if notice is received by Oh! Sweet Box at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and with our courier for delivery.
Any dissatisfaction with the product(s) must be communicated to Customer Service within three (2) days of delivery by phone or email.
Oh! Sweet Box reserves the right to request photos of the original product(s). To assist us in quality control it is our policy, if requested by us, to collect the original products. To arrange a return, replacement or exchange, you must call or email us to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return.
Oh! Sweet Box does not refund for change of mind. All refunds for orders placed online are credited back to the original credit or debit card with which the order was purchased. 
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your sweet box or sweet bouquet. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Refunds on debit cards take 3-5 working days.
Please notice that refunds on credit cards can take a few days longer.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS AND SUBSITUTIONS
Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be small variations in the appearance of products compared to the product images on the Oh! Sweet Box website. In the instance that a product is unavailable, Oh! Sweet Box reserves the right to replace it with a product of the same or greater quality and value in your chosen box.

DISPLAY BOXES
Our display transparent boxes are not for sale separately. They can be a part of order with any sweet box or bouquets. Please do not purchase them without a sweet bouquet or sweet box.
 
PRICING
All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Product prices do not include delivery fees.
 
STORAGE AND ALLERGY INFORMATION
We recommend storing in a cool, dry place and refrigerating our sweets during the warmer months. We suggest eating immediately (within 24 hours) for the freshest flavour.
Every product (sweet box) featured on our website includes the ingredients within its product.
